We collect the details you choose to share so we can respond to your enquiry.
Information collected
Name, email address, topic, message, your consent and submission timestamp. Abuse-prevention services may process IP addresses and technical signals.
Purpose and storage
Submissions are transmitted to our configured AWS API and stored in a restricted database. Only authorised initiative administrators should access this information. We do not sell contact enquiries.
Retention and requests
Our intended retention period is up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing enquiry or legal obligations. To request access or deletion, contact the initiative using its published contact channels once operational.
Third-party verification
Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse and may process information under Cloudflare's policies. Production administrators must review and publish a complete privacy policy covering hosting regions, data handling and contact details before accepting submissions.
